Merrill Lynch call centers again get recognition

Bank of America Merrill Lynch's call centers, including one in Charlotte, have again been recognized by J.D. Power.

The bank's phone centers for corporate and commercial banking were again certified by J.D. Power's program. It marks the fifth year they've gotten the distinction.

The certification program involves ranking in the top 20 percent in customer service rankings and meeting a slate of 100 requirements around recruiting, training, employee incentives and other factors
