The 8,500-square-foot home in a gated community off Colony Road was bought by an Atlanta couple for $3.15 million at the end of last month, according to records with the county register of deeds.
The Lewises bought the home in 2003 for $1.7 million, but remodeled or added to it several times before putting it on the market. It originally listed for $4.5 million when it went on the market in early 2010, months after Lewis left the bank.
The family still has a home in Charlotte, a 4,800-square-foot Myers Park condo bought in 2010, county records show.

Let's see with Bank of America trading around $12.00 a share, and paying a whopping dividend of $0.01per share, per quarter, let's see; You'd need to unload over 263,000 shares of Bank of America to pay cash for that dump. Talk about taking the soap. Wow!
Does Ken still wear makeup?
I heard the banker couldn't get a better price because his neighbor's niece kept too many critters out by the cement pond.
OMG and this is news why????
We would have bought it a while back, but the gift wrapping room was just way too small.
why is this news?
I wish the paper would have published info on Kenny Boy's home while he still lived there. I would have gone over and taken a dump on his lawn!
Hello All of you poor little people in Charlotte!!! I am the new owner of this fine mansion with my very beautiful wife who by the way used to be a model. Wish you all had a better life as to not bitch about us rich folk who can afford such luxury!! HAHAHA!!
Oh by the way!! We paid cash!!! something you people probably never heard of!!!
Jerry, HAHA, the jokes on you. Wait until the tax bill hits, and watch out for those who hate Kenny Lewis for stealing their hard earned money, and haven't realized he moved.
Well how do you suppose old Jerryboy got the cash? earned it? lol naw, just like Kennyboy did. Pigs tend to wallow in the same troughs and develop the same habits.
